The incumbent will perform routine secretarial, bookkeeping, accounting, billing and administrative work in accounts payable and/or the billing of utility and other public services.
The position serves as cashier, processes meter reading data, prepares invoices.
Also, processes work order for utility disconnections, reconnections, new orders and other public works service request.
The incumbent will receive call and citizen visits concerning utility billing and will respond to citizen complaints.
