Are you looking for a way to supplement your income and enjoy working with the elderly? We are seeking three (3) compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Care Staff or Medication Aide on the weekends.
The weekends could be every other weekend or every weekend.
Shifts can be 8, 10, or 12 hours and range within hours of 6 AM to 10 PM.
As a Direct Care Staff or Medication Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and quality of life.

Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming - As a medication aide, administer medications and monitor vital signs under the supervision of medical professionals - Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals - Assist with the dining room experience- setting up, serving, and cleaning up the dining room after meals - Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals - Document individual progress and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate staff - Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in direct care or a related field is preferred - Knowledge of medical terminology and systems such as PCC is a plus - Experience in dementia care and senior care is beneficial - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team - Compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others A pre-employment background check and drug screening will be completed at time of hire.
