Lead, manage, and collaborate with a small, interdisciplinary team focused on quality patient care and providing services ordered by a physician. Energetically lead, implement, and deliver community education material to facility staff, local medical facilities, community members on the program, and the overall importance of behavioral health. Ensure implementation of compliant therapeutic services for patients utilizing the program's group, individual, and family therapy sessions. As Program Nurse, provide and oversee excellent patient care, including intake assessments, fall assessments, and treatment plan development. Work with kindness and accountability to enhance the quality of life for our patients. Requirements Note:
Registered Nurse or LVN licensed in the state of practice required Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing required Associates of above required Psychiatric Nursing experience preferred Passion for working with Older Adults preferred
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
